“The three Refuges”
1) we take refuge in the “Buddha”
2) We take refuge in the “Dhamma”
3) We take refuge in the “Sangha”
An enlightened one is called as a “BUDDHA”.
Enlightenment includes “the visible world”
and the innumerable “invisible worlds”
through the process of Meditation,
where the mind becomes empty and
we obtain the “SIDDHI” called
“DIVYA DRISHTI” or “THIRD EYE”,
and we obtain knowledge of the other side,
knowledge of life after death..
knowledge of life before birth.
After enlightenment is obtained,
“DHAMMA” is perceived.
“DHAMMA” is action required in the world
after one attains “Buddhahood”..
Now, “welfare of all the being-kind”
becomes the “Action-Plan”,
also called “DHAMMA ACTIVITY”.
In the course of it a “SANGHA”
is established!
A “SANGHA” is a community..
consisting of Enlightened persons
and all those people who are “Seekers”
“students” of enlightenment/meditation.
Hail unto Mahabodhi International Meditation Centre,Leh!
